9mm (L) x 9mm (W) x 4mm (H) copper heat sink kit is made from C1100 alloy with high thermal conductivity, durable structure stability and light weight. The heat sink engraved in vertical and horizontal grooves, that is greatly increases the heat dissipation function. This kit of heat sink comes with 9x9mm pre-applied thermal conductive adhesive tape (datasheet-8810.pdf), for easy installation and optimum heat conductivity.
