63mm (L) x 23mm (W) x 0.5mm (H) copper heat sink kit is made from C1100 alloy with high thermal conductivity (401W/mK), durable structure stability and light weight. The heat sink special design greatly increases the heat dissipation function. This kit of heat sink comes with 63x20mm thermal conductive adhesive tape (datasheet-8810.pdf), for easy installation and optimum heat conductivity.
